5. The tolerance shown by the Parties for any non-compliance with the terms and conditions for this Letter, will not be taken to represent a change, waiver or forsaking of any right, merely constituting liberality and not impeding the tolerant Party from demanding from its counterpart the absolute compliance with this Letter, at any moment.
双方如有一方违反本函中的任何一项条款可以不做追究，但并不意味另一方改变或放弃里面规定的任何权利，而这只是说明其宽容大度，但也并不意味着不做追究的一方不能要求另一方要始终严格遵守本函的条款。
6. This Memorandum of Understanding intended to impose legally binding obligations on either party hereto and shall become valid upon signature hereof.
本谅解备忘录旨在约束双方履行有法律效力的义务，且经双方签字后生效。
7. This Memorandum shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. All disputes in connection with this Memorandum are submitted to the rules for conflict solution established in the “Direct Material Purchase Agreement” executed by the Parties on August, 01 2006.
本备忘录是根据新加坡现行法律来执行解释的。有关本备忘录的所有纠纷应服从双方在2006年1月签订并生效的“直接材料采购协议”里有关纠纷解决方法的规定


And being thus agreed, this Memorandum of Understanding was executed by or on behalf of the parties on the day and year below, before the two undersigned witnesses. 
一经双方同意签字，经两位公证人签字，本谅解备忘录将于一年以后由双方执行生效。
