cyclical unemployment 是周期性失业，就是和经济发展周期有关的，当经济处于BOOM的时候 cyclical unemployment就比较小，当经济周期处于recession的时候 cyclical unemployment 就比较大

frictional unemployment 是摩擦性失业， 就是和job search找工作有关，是短期的，由于劳动力的流动性等一些因素，劳动力人群一时无法找到工作而失业

structural unemployment 是结构性失业，就是和科学技术发展有关的，就是在现有的和要求的技术上的不匹配，比如说用发展科技，科技代替劳动力导致了失业
